Great capture and you were so near to them
john chandler: Hello Vintage. Quite near but it took me quite a while to get close. no zoom here.
Cool capture, you were lucky they did not do a runner
john chandler: Stealthy approach ..no noise .. down wind..and 40 minutes to get there !!! cheers John
....and a photographer who was crawling on the ground, without making any sound...only that of a clicking camera.........later he found out, he made a stunning picture...
john chandler: Hello Astrid. Thank you for the kind comments. it is exactly as you have said... scary eh !
They look so cute that I feel slightly guilty that I bought two cats to clear them from my garden, John.
john chandler: Oh i quite agree ... can't stand them in gardens.. fields is just bearable. they are interesting animals to observe when you can get them naturally in the quiet.
bet you couldn't do that again
john chandler: Too right Tim. Thanks :o) John
How they didn't run away John I'll never know but a great capture. That magic number of three in the picture again just like the one from Jewlya today.
john chandler: Thanks Brian. I'll look through other peoples pics during the evening as i have now some time to spare !!! great. Cheers John
Three in a row, and holding still so politely for their portrait.
john chandler: Silence and slow movements is the key thing..and a great deal of patience. Cheers
John
LOL, what did you do to get them to line up like that? Herding rabbits can't be much easier than herding cats!
john chandler: Hi Martin.. you are right .. i was surrounded, they did a great job to pen me in !!
So those rabbit ears that Hayley bought you for Christmas have at last found a use ;-) ... Great one John. richard
john chandler: Hi Richard... yes they did.. but the full body rabbit costume and the teeth, i feel were slightly over the top !!! Cheers John
Now there are millions of them! Makes a great change from sheep
john chandler: Hi Bill.. hangover worn off yet ? no more sheep please ! lets see if we can go insect macro style in the next week or so.. now that's a challenge. Cheers John
... the fox caught one and the other two finally released from the triangle bred into their millions.
You guys sure invited a story. Great picture.
john chandler: Hi louis. Thanks for your comments. Sorry my reply is a bit late. :o) :o) John
And very alert they look too John. I like the focussing
john chandler: Cheers Chris.... The rabbits actually existed in an out of focus state !
